Wow your gal pals with a stunning springtime backdrop with vintage touches that brings the outdoors in! I love that our dessert table can be moved to the side for guests to snap a few photos to commemorate the day.

Our backdrop was created by layering red and white polka dot fans, red and white gingham fans and DIY paper fans over rows of artificial grass rolls. White hydrangea blooms, light pink flowers and greenery was added to further evoke the springtime feel.

The Tablescape

We lined our rich wood-tone table with a light pink linen runner which provided a lovely backdrop for the dainty chamomile flower filled jelly jars, which served as our table's centerpiece. The jelly jars were a play on our theme and were wrapped in alternating red and white striped ribbon and red gingham ribbon for an extra touch.

Berry baskets, painted turquoise, were filled with fresh strawberries and sat between the jars of flowers. They were also embellished with a bit of red and white striped ribbon to tie the look of the centerpiece together.

Berry Sweet Place Settings

Our table was set with a lovely red, pink and white color palette, with pops of green peeking out. We started by layering a red and white gingham napkin between a white elegance dinner and dessert plate.

White premium plastic forks and knives were bundled together with a strip of scrapbook paper and tied with a bit of green baker's twine. We loved how they looked resting on the edge of the dinner plates.

Our DIY Berry Basket Favors rested atop each place setting and held a personalized strawberry cookie from Say Anything Bakery, which served as delicious place cards. Green Easter grass helped cushion our goodies in the chip wood baskets and coordinated nicely with our theme.

Strawberry flavored sips are a must for a berry themed event, so mini cans of refreshing bubbly strawberry waters were served to our guests. We placed the waters next to strawberry topped patterned plastic wine glasses, and they were ready to sip thanks to the pink polka dot straws that were tied to the bottles with red and white baker's twine.

Strawberry Sweets and Sips

A small antique table was placed in front of our backdrop and served as our dessert table. We kept the decor sweet and simple by topping an overturned turquoise-painted berry basket with a jar filled with fresh chamomile flowers. The jar was tied up with pink and white gingham ribbon and the basket received a bit of red and white striped ribbon to coordinate with our dining table's centerpiece. Small clear favor boxes, filled with strawberry macarons, were tied with green gingham ribbon and were ready to be added to the guests' Berry Basket Favors when as they departed.

You simply cannot have a strawberry-themed fete without serving strawberry libations! This strawberry wine cocktail was a hit and was kept at-the-ready atop a white cake plate, along with a bowl of strawberry candies, which were dressed up with a few white hydrangea blooms and greenery.
