Are you loving the llama trend? Why not celebrate the arrival of a new baby with a bright and festive llama themed baby shower fiesta? This fun celebration combines all things llama to create the perfect fiesta for the new llama loving mama!
Baby showers are always fun to plan and attend. So when I saw all the fun boho llama party decor, I knew a Llama Baby Shower Fiesta was in order! I mean, who doesn't love llamas and fiestas?
The Dessert Table
I wanted to keep the backdrop simple this time so the dessert table would be the main focal point. I hand painted a large "Como se llama" canvas and added a black frame for the centerpiece. The black and white lace cake added the perfect amount femininity and a bit of Latin flair along with the Extra Large Paper Doilies against the wood grain table. I filled Mini Appetizer Bowls with coordinating candy topped with Boho Pom-Pom Food Picks. I also added a sweet Llama Piñata and a string of Boho LED String Lights.
The Party Tablescape
I lined the party table with more doilies and topped it with painted Faux Flowers paired with Black Lanterns and Gold Battery Operated Votive Candles. Each place setting included a white doily topped with a black ceramic plate, Boho Flower Dinner Plate and a DIY party favor.
These hand painted DIY Llama Flower Pots are one my favorite details. Not only do they make great party favors, they double as party decor. You can find my tutorial to make your own HERE.
I added the feminine Boho Floral Dinner Napkins and Metallic Gold Cutlery which complimented nicely with the dark accents and glassware.
I also made Llama Party Totes and draped them over the guests chairs. You can see my step-by-step tutorial HERE. To add more of the boho details, I hung the Boho Pom-Pom Chandelier and Boho Pom-Pom Tassel Decoration above the table. Aren't they festive?
I hope this colorful party inspires you to create your own llama themed celebration. Be sure to check out my tutorials for the Llama Flower Pots and DIY Llama Totes!
