Summer days are soon on the horizon and what better way for the summer bride to celebrate her big day than with a rustically chic and vibrant lemon inspired wedding? Combining lush greenery, rustic, weathered wood details, and of course, fresh lemons, creates the perfect summer palette and an event your guests won't soon forget.

Welcome:
Guests were welcomed to our Lemon and Greenery inspired wedding with our DIY Welcome Sign. We created this large sign by adhering numerous Weathered Wood Slats together, using the DIY Calligraphy Stencil for the "Welcome" wording on Kraft Cardstock and then topped it with a Faux Eucalyptus Greenery Garland and florals.

Our DIY Welcome Sign was showcased on a gorgeous, Wooden Easel filled with fresh florals, greenery and lemons. You can find our step-by-step tutorial here!
The Table:

We set our table with a White Linen and then created a table runner using Weathered Wood Slats. Simply add a bit of Wood Glue to the end of each rectangle and adhere together. We love the look of this whitewashed wood. It was the perfect look for our rustic, chic tablescape.

The runner was filled in with a Faux Eucalyptus Greenery Garland, fresh greenery, flowers, Round Flameless Candles, and these classically gorgeous White Hobnail Votive Holders.

We made three beautiful lemon floral arrangements using Large Cylinder Vases. To achieve this look, place a Bud Vase inside the Large Cylinder Vase and then place lemon slices along the wall of the Vase. Fill the Bud Vase with a bit of water and then create your floral arrangement. This adds such a stunning, fresh look to the table!
The Place Setting:

We kept our place setting clean and simple by using White Elegant Dinner and Dessert Plates with a layer of folded Green Fabric in between topped with the evening's dinner menu.

A fresh lemon detailed with a Kraft Paper and Cream Cardstock tag with each guest's name, served as a fabulous thematic place card.

White Cutlery added to the rustic look of the table while our delicious Lemon Meringue Sangria was served in Plastic Wine Glasses.
The Beverage Table:

An antique dresser was home to our signature cocktail of the evening, a Lemon Merinue Sangria. A mix of dry, white wine, Limoncello, Whipped Vodka and Lemonade was housed in a Glass Beverage Dispenser in a White Ceramic Cake Stand atop a piece of plexiglass supported by 5 Medium Flared Bowls. You can find the recipe for the Lemon Meringue Sangria here! It's sure to become a new summer fave.

Lemons were placed beneath the plexiglass for a fabulous and colorful touch. They were also added to a floral arrangement within a gorgeous, milk glass vase.

One of our favorite pieces of decor was the DIY Floral and Lemon Chandelier. We created this piece by wrapping two Faux Eucaluptus Greenery Garlands around a hoop from the Obstacle Course Ring Set and decorating it with Faux Floral Stems, fresh flowers, greenery and faux lemons. You can follow our step-by-step tutorial on how to make this chandelier here!
