Remove the backing off the colored buttons and place them in rainbow color order in the shape of a rainbow on blue cardstock paper. Use scissors to cut the button rainbow out of your blue cardstock. Then cut out clouds from a white foam sheet and glue them at the ends of your rainbow.

Rainbow craft sticks makes this a mess free and super easy craft for kids to create. Cut out two cloud shapes the same size from a white foam sheet. Gather 6 striped straws in each color. Arrange them by rainbow color order and glue them in a circle to create a wreath. Gather 12 more striped straws in each color. Cut half of them 6 inches in length and the other half about 4 inches in length. Glue the 6-inch straws in between the original length straws according to color. Then glue the 4-inch straws in between the 6-inch straws. Attach a piece of ribbon or a paper clip to the back of the wreath for hanging.
