Snow is falling, cups are brimming with hot cocoa and chestnuts are roasting! That must mean Christmas is upon us. Get into the spirit by creating a holiday party with this line of adorable Christmas Crew items! Whether your party is for the kids' table, a classroom celebration or a welcome party for your Elf on the Shelf, this darling theme will have you feeling positively cheerful! With classic holiday imagery, the big guy himself and plenty of reindeer, elves and snowmen, this party will surely make guests very merry!
The Table
We started creating this playful party by layered our table in a Christmas Crew Tablecloth.
We then topped it with a bit of Red Gossamer and a second Christmas Crew Tablecloth folded to create a custom runner.
The Place Settings
These sweet and coordinating Christmas Crew Dinner and Dessert Plates really set the tone for the event!
Adorable Santa themed Christmas Crew Paper Dessert Plates rested upon mix and matched Christmas Crew Dinner Plates.
The Dinner and Dessert Plates looked perfect on top of a Red Paper Charger finished with Christmas Crew Luncheon Napkins.
Matching Christmas Crew Paper Cups were adorned with character sleeves for a fun, modern look. We added a festive Striped Red and White Paper Straw to complete the look.
To the right of each place setting sat a red Christmas Crew Beverage Napkin topped with a Gold Fork. We love how the Gold Utensils brought in a pop of metallics to bring out the gold detailing within the Plates and Napkins.
Guests also had the opportunity to create a unique and creative DIY Gingerbread House Ornament using some fun craft supplies. They looked adorable sitting at the place settings. Guests were welcomed to wrap their ornament as a teacher, grandparent, or sibling gift using Cellophane Bags, Red Satin Ribbon, a themed Gingerbread Man Lollipop and a Jingle Bell!
The Centerpiece
Our favorite character within the Christmas Crew line is Santa himself! Bright white Letter "H" and Letter "O" marquee letters spelled out Santa's iconic phrase, "Ho, Ho, Ho" down the center of the table!
We kept our centerpiece clean and simple to pop against the heavily patterned dinnerware and backdrop.
The Backdrop and Buffet Table
We wanted our backdrop to be just as bright, colorful and cheerful as our table.
We lined our walls in coordinating Christmas Crew Tablecloths and then layered a series of Red Tissue Paper Hanging Fans to create a simple party backdrop.
To add some holiday detailing, we included Christmas Crew Hanging Character Cut Outs to our Fans for a jolly look!
Food and Drinks
Christmas means eating everyone's favorite holiday candy; Candy Canes! These petite Candy Canes were the perfect size for small kids and they loved enjoying them during craft time.
Glass Milk Bottles were decorated with additional Christmas Crew Hanging Character Cut Outs and Striped Red and White Paper Straws.
They were displayed alongside Christmas Crew Centerpieces.
The Crafts
Along with creating their own DIY Terra Cotta Gingerbread Ornament, we thought it would be fun to create another cherished keepsake; a DIY Reindeer Thumbprint Ornament that can be hung on a tree each year! The kids loved getting creative with Red Paint, Markers, and Googly Eyes!
The kids also loved creating their very own DIY Reindeer Craft using Pom Poms, Foam Sheets, Glitter Snowflakes and more!
These holiday projects kept our own Christmas crew busy for hours of family fun.
The Favors
Lastly, everyone enjoyed bringing home a Christmas Crew Favor Box full of holiday cookies and leftover Candy Canes!
