I wanted the Bride and Groom seating table to really stand out. So I set it apart from the rest of the wedding reception tables, and gave it a gorgeous canopy. It was the perfect spot for the bridal party to sit during the dinner portion of the reception. You can place the best man and made of honor on each side of the bride and groom, then the rest of the bridal party across from them.
My husband built an easy wood frame using 2×2’s. We then slid it over the table and used floral wire to attach the greenery and flowers. We used string to attach the Round Votive Holders With Handle (do not use open flame candles with this product). You could also add in more flowers throughout the canopy for more pops of color.
If you have a larger bridal party you could attach two tables side by side as I did with the guest tables seen in the Jewel Tone Wedding Reception. The place settings and centerpieces are the same on the bridal party table and guest tables. You can see more details of those in the Jewel Tone Wedding Place Settings and Centerpiece Idea post.
