This beautiful Italian Inspired Grazing Table is the perfect setup for a memorable bridal shower! It will make the bride-to-be and all of her guests feel like they've been kissed by the warmth of the Tuscan sun! Rich wood tones, brilliantly colored flowers and the natural elegance of olives, figs and artichokes all work together to create an absolutely gorgeous celebration! A sprawling Charcuterie Bar serves as both impressive decor and a glorious spread for the guests to enjoy. Just add good wine and good cheer and this bridal shower is one that they will be talking about for years to come!
"Amore" handwritten on a Wood Framed Chalk Board created a simple yet stunning backdrop for our bridal shower and Italian Inspired Grazing Table. A single coat of rich wood stain added warmth to the frame and helped to tie it in seamlessly with our decor.
We created a table out of wine barrels and a stained wooden board, then arranged the chalkboard sign in the center to create the focal point for the party.
In classic Italian style, a Charcuterie Bar was our menu of choice. Our main tray was comprised of Italian charcuterie classics: Assorted cheeses, crostini, crackers, prosciutto, salami, grapes, olives, figs, and roasted red peppers. The selection was arranged on Faux Wood Plank Paper Serving Trays, which we loved because the trays could be discarded after the party, making for easy cleanup!
We filled the area surrounding the main tray with several smaller Bamboo Charcuterie Boards that held more Italian-inspired eats: Fresh Parmesan cheese with toasted crostini slices, hot pepper jelly, a crusty roasted red bell pepper & cheese bread loaf and delicious basil and garlic pesto. A nice selection of wines rounded out the offerings.
For visual interest, some of the goodies were arranged on risers to add varying heights to the display.
Vibrant floral blooms arranged in Clear Cylinder Vases, Olive Branch Garland, fresh figs, artichokes and wine bottle corks were used to fill in the empty spaces on the table and bring the entire look together.
The rich, wooden tones of the wine barrels were carried over to our dining tables, giving the party area a nice, cohesive feel. We used the wood accent pieces as centerpieces for the tables, accentuating them with fresh flowers, natural elements and candlelight.
Brown Wooden Crates served as risers for small floral arrangements that were tucked inside Clear Bulb Shape Bud Vases and Clear Cylinder Vases. Just as we did for the Charcuterie Bar, we used fresh, natural elements and wine bottle corks as finishing touches to the table centerpiece decor.
Stained Centerpiece Frames arranged along the sides of the crates were filled with glowing candles, giving each table a warm, inviting ambiance.
Each place setting was anchored by a Black Plastic Dinner Plate, then topped with a My Mind's Eye Bon Appetit Paper Dessert Plate. Premium Ornate Plastic Cutlery tied together with Ivory Satin Ribbon sat atop My Mind's Eye Cream Striped Beverage Napkins, which complemented the gold-foiled plates beautifully. A strand of Olive Brand Garland hugged the right side of each plate pairing, giving the table a stunning finishing touch.
As the party came to a close and the guests began to depart, each person was invited to take an Olive Oil and Bread Dipping Blend Kit home with them. The kits were so beautiful and the perfect favor for an Italian Inspired Bridal Shower!
Each kit consisted of:
- Breadsticks
- Homemade Herbed Croutons packaged in Medium Clear Cellophane Gift Bags and placed in Mini Galvanized Pails
- Snap Lid Bottle Favor Jars filled with Olive Oil and a Rosemary Sprig
- Homemade Bread Dipping Seasoning packaged inside Mini Clear Cellophane Bags
All of the favor items were arranged in Galvanized Metal Pails that were lined with Medium Kraft Paper Serving Liners (to make the pails food-safe), then finished off with Personalized Ornate Die Cut Thank You Stickers.
