Host a Magic Scratch Playdate

Host a Magic Scratch Playdate

Magic Color Scratch crafts are a fantastic activity for kids that come in TONS of options: bookmarks, masks, jungle animals, and ornaments just to name a few. Oriental Trading has Magic Scratch options for almost every single holiday (Halloween, Easter, Christmas, Hanukkah, 4th of July, Chinese New Year, and more). They are fun, engaging, and virtually mess-free (jackpot!). If you've never done them, the craft starts off black and kids use a pointed plastic or wooden stick to scratch away the black and reveal bright neon colors. Magic Scratch crafts are the perfect way to mix up a playdate or put a twist on an art party.

Magic Scratch Playdate Table Setup a kids table with an assortment of Magic Scratch craft options. Give each child a pail with their own scratcher sticks. Magic Scratch Party Magic Scratch Party Table Create a simple party table with Neon Party Mix in Lime Green Snack Bowls and treats topped with Magic Scratch Treat Toppers (see my additional posts on creating DIY Magic Scratch Treat Toppers a Neon Snack Mix). This Neon Fringe Curtain makes the perfect bright backdrop. For an extra pop of neon, and strung neon pom-poms onto fishing wire to make a bright party garland. Magic Color Scratch Party Now - for the fun part. Let the kids go wild, scratching away, at their crafts! Kids love them, and I love that there is no water, spilling, or staining involved! It's good, clean, fun!
