Easter will be here before you know it, and what better way to get ready for this fun and springy holiday than with an Easter party or fun playdate idea?! Full of bright colors, yummy treats and of course, a classic Easter egg hunt, this Easter party idea will have everyone hopping down the bunny trail!
We set a child-size white table with a Lime Green Chevron & Polka Dot Table Runner and topped it with three Square Vases filled with Easter Grass and bright, wooden letters spelling "HOP"! Each place setting included either a Lime, Hot Pink, Blue or Purple dinner plate with a Pink Polka Dot Dessert Plate on top. We love how these vibrant colors popped against the white table and totally set the mood for spring!
We turned White Polyester Napkins into bunny napkins by gluing on a Clip-On Furry Bunny Tail and some color coordinating Cotton Rickrack Trim. Glass Milk Bottles were decorated to look like bunnies using White Burlap and Polka Dot Craft Pieces for the ears. This was an adorable touch that all the kids loved!
We were in love with these Bunny Favor Containers that we filled with Sparkling Pink Chocolate Candies. How cute are they?? We sat them on top of some artificial grass which added a springy touch.
Each guest was given a Chipwood Basket that we painted in varying colors and decorated with Printed Bunny Self-Adhesive Shapes. They were filled with Easter Grass and some fun Easter-themed favors including Easter Stampers, Dots & Stripes Bouncing Balls, Orange Heart Bubble Tubes topped with neon green cording to make them look like carrots, a yellow chocolate flower and the cutest Bunny Pens ever.
Our chairs were decorated with our DIY Bunny Chair Backers which were so simple and fun to make! These took only a few minutes and really added to the table!
Another cute and simple Easter DIY was our egg garland backdrop. We simply strung Bright Plastic Eggs on Stretchy Cording and had an instant garland!
Our little bunnies had the best time decorating their DIY Easter Art! The kids had a blast painting and couldn't wait to show off their Easter canvas!
After painting, we all enjoyed the Easter sweets table! It was filled with some super cute Easter treats that took minimal time and effort to make!
We turned Rice Krispie Treats® into little birds nest, made vanilla cupcakes topped with green grass icing and bunny ears paper picks and filled wood planter boxes with marshmallow Peep® eggs.
We also served Bunny Bait in Mini White Popcorn Boxes we decorated to look like bunnies. Find out how to make this delicious and addictive treat and the bunny box here!
After the kids were full on sweets, we had them burn some of that sugar-fueled energy by going on an Easter egg hunt! They filled their Easter Baskets full of Eggs, candy and favors and had the best time!
