The best start to a productive day at work is having an organized work space. If you work at home you can only imagine how difficult it can be to stay organized, especially when you have kids! I am a bit old school and still absolutely love to write things down. The self adhesive dry erase calendar is perfect for a busy bee like me. I love that it is large and easy to use. The best part is that you can reuse it, over and over again! I find that having the “notes” feature where I can write my daily to-do-list helps a lot.
Each of the storage bins serves a useful purpose; they keep the clutter off my desk. The round storage baskets are perfect for storing pens, pencils, markers, whatever your most frequently used office supplies are, at arms reach. No more piles. Every supply will have it’s place.
Step 1: Postion the self adhesive dry erase calendar over your desk/work station. I added a few thumb tacks to help keep the calendar in place due to my semi-gloss walls. Using chalk, fill out the calendar month and days. Wipe clean with a damp dry eraser. You can also add the days of the week on the first row. Step 2: Using three white screw hooks, hang the round classroom storage baskets. I filled my baskets with sharpies, scissors and chalk.
Step 3: I used the classroom storage baskets to store printer paper, dry erasers and sticky notes. They are also great for bills and any paperwork you need to complete for your kids' school.
Step 4: The organizer bins are perfect for magazines and books.
There you have it! A few simple home office storage solutions to keep you organized. Make sure to browse through the large selection of stationary, labels and school supplies to stock up for the new year! A couple of my favorite office items not featured here are the storage hook magnets and the colorful storage canisters.
