We recently discovered the most adorable way ever to await Santa’s arrival: A “Here Comes Santa Sleepover!” It’s a North Pole-themed celebration that is incredibly exciting and fun for the little ones…an absolutely magical way to create holiday memories that will last forever! To bring the celebration to life, we designed a set of printables that are truly magical, themselves. Follow the links below to download them all and begin making memories for your own family!

This whimsical, hand-drawn poster sets the scene for a magical celebration and is just so darn cute! We scored an old frame from a local thrift store that was perfect for showcasing the poster, and centered it on our mantel. We arranged 15" Snowflakes Tissue Paper Hanging Decorations, Christmas Crew Garland and a garland we made from White Jingle Bells with Snowflakes around the poster to add an extra dose of whimsy. This poster is oversized (28”x22”) and will require professional printing. We ordered online via our local office supply store and the poster was ready in a matter of hours. Be sure to check for online coupons prior to ordering!

This poster is also oversized (28”x22”) and will require professional printing (see above). We displayed this sweet print above our Santa sleepover supplies to create a cute little sleepover supply station. In lieu of a traditional frame, we adhered the poster to the wall with removable poster strips, then draped a garland that we made from Craft Wool Felt Pom-Pom Assortment and Jumbo Goldtone Jingle Bells around it for a more playful effect.

One of the highlights of our Here Comes Santa Sleepover were these adorable Christmas Gingerbread House Play Tents. We hand-stitched some White Vinyl Twist along the edges to give them a snowy effect, then added our 10”x4.25” Santa, Stop Here! signs to the tops. Cushy pillows, soft blankets and fluffy Brown Christmas Stuffed Bears made each tent cozy and inviting.

We’re a sucker for custom touches, so we loved transforming these simple DIY Travel Mugs into the perfect ho, ho, holiday cups for our sleepover! Simply download the printable PDF, then print the cup labels on white cardstock. Use scissors to cut out the designs, then insert the labels into the mugs. So easy and so super cute!

The cold beverages (aka Jingle Juice) were served in these absolutely adorable Christmas Bulb Cups with Straws. They come in a pack of a dozen; six red and six green, and are so very cute for a Christmas celebration! To give them an extra dose of pizzazz, attach these “Jingle Juice” Tags to the straws with double-sided tape.

To make the kiddos a little more comfortable when bedtime rolled around, we provided them with some fun, quiet time toys that they could play with when they were alone in their tents. We put Santa Hat Lotsa Pops Popping Toys and Christmas Flashlights on a Rope on our Sleepover Station table, and had Christmas Character Treat Boxes with Handles available for the kids to put their goodies inside. To attach the tags to the boxes, use a hole punch to punch a hole in the front corner of the box, then attach the tags with ribbon.
