This Drive-Thru Haunted House takes you aboard the Dead Sea Cruise Lines, where you'll meet a bevy of sinister and scary seafaring creatures, such as a swashbuckling pirate, a menacing mermaid, and a ferocious shark with a victim who has met an unfortunate fate. It all ends when you escape the haunted island and find the treasure! Contactless Halloween treat stations along the way make for a safe, fun and socially distanced Halloween experience.

Ahoy, Mateys! Welcome aboard the Dead Sea Cruise Lines maiden voyage to the seldom visited, but we promise, very safe, "Phantom Sea Island". Soon begins your journey into this drive through haunted house, filled with frightening oceanic creatures and some ... frankly, traumatic situations. This Drive-Thru Haunted House is a fun and creative Halloween trick-or-treat alternative that's perfect for celebrating the season while maintaining social distance.

To create this unique Halloween attraction, four backdrop stands were draped with wavy ribbons crafted from light blue and royal blue plastic tablecloth rolls. Green, gold and white balloons were made into a lengthy tropical jungle style balloon garland, bedecked with tropical vines and flowers. Slithering snakes appear on the signage, hinting at some unpleasant surprises to come. In total, five creepy Halloween displays will be visited, each with its own themed trick-or-treats to take.

As you embark upon your voyage, you'll come face to face with the captain, (well, what's left of him). Atop his skull still sits his Captain's hat; alas, he now swims with the fishes.

As you make your way from the main deck into the body of the ship, take a glance starboard and behold a skeletal menacing mermaid, extending a flower lei to passengers. Don't let her pink hair fool you into thinking this life is the bubbles; the algae covered skulls of previous visitors lie on the sea floor around her. A frightening dead sea backdrop features more of these horrifying creatures as well as creepy kelp and ghostly sea creatures. Catch a Wave To Terror

There's no turning this ship around now, mateys. Onward we go, to a gruesome scene that is totally gnarly, dude. It's a zombie shark attack! Three layers of waves were crafted from cardboard, then painted like frothy ocean waves, and glittered with Glitterific paint. Bloody body parts are placed between the layers, creating a terrifying display. A zombie shark is the likely attacker, his unfortunate victim's identity and details of their untimely demise will remain a mystery.

Shark themed treats like chomp-worthy shark lollipops, dripping blood bracelets, shark squirt toys, and glow in the dark shark teeth are offered at this contactless trick-or-treat station, served up in shark tote bags.

A life preserver, (didn't seem to help much, now did it?), is spattered in painted blood and bears the question, "are you relaxed"? No dude. Not really. But sail on.

Here's a look at the whole setup. This idea is fabulous for neighbors to create together, or for schools and churches to have instead of a traditional trunk or treat. Replenish the stations after every six guests to maintain Covid safety.
