Simply add colorful feathers, adhesive gems, assorted poms and Halloween foam stickers to cellophane bags, tie with ribbon and attach the Free Decorate a Witch Hat Printable. For items that do not have an adhesive backing on them like feathers and pom poms, we used glue dots, which worked like a charm! Whip up these adorable mini Halloween pinatas and fill them with sweet surprises for all the little monsters in your life. Place strips of Paper Streamers onto White Craft Rolls using Glue and snip the streamers to create a bit of fringe. Print out the silly faces onto White Cardstock cut out, and attach them to the rolls. Gather small toys and treats from the Halloween Piñata Toy & Candy Assortment and place them inside the craft rolls. Print tag out and thread a strip of Bakers Twine through the tag and place the bakers twine inside the roll so that the tag is sticking out. Cut a circle out of the streamers and attach it to both sides of the pinata using Glue. Kids will have a blast pulling the handle and watching all the Halloween goodies come tumbling out!
