This November, grab some cocktails and give thanks for the special girlfriends in your life with this girls only Friendsgiving party! This fabulously, femme party is full of painted pumpkins, and turkey centerpiece that's thankful for all the most important things in a girl's life, and some very bastefully done punny pieces of decor!
We covered our table in Pink Fadeless® Bulletin Board Paper to create a fun and feminine base for our tablescape.
Our girlfriends' place settings were made up of some pretty, punny items!
A Square White Plastic Dinner Plate was trimmed in thin, Orange Washi Tape with a Square Yellow Dinner Plate layered on top. We added in a Pink and Gold Polka Dot Beverage Napkin and a Gold Striped Beverage Napkin for a pop of pattern then placed a Lavender-painted Pumpkin Shaped Cardboard Box atop each place setting.
We used Gold Thicker Alphabet Stickers to personalize each Pumpkin Box with our girlfriends' names.
This was such a simple and cute idea to incorporate into our table!
Clear Square Tumblers were detailed with orange block-painting on the bottom of the cups and then detailed with a fun "Baste Friends Forever" and turkey detail using Pink Adhesive Vinyl. They sat on gold-painted Pumpkin Cork Coasters and were topped off with a Gold Foil Striped Straw!
The place settings were finished with a Premium Gold Metallic Fork and a Let's Get Basted Luncheon Napkin. The best thing about these Napkins is that you can customize them with any phrase after picking the color of your choice!
Two large DIY Ceramic Pumpkins were painted a vibrant Yellow while DIY Miniature Ceramic Pumpkins were painted in a variety of gorgeous colors including Lavender, Sky Blue and Baby Pink.
We placed the pumpkins down the center of our table to use as a festive table runner.
We also intermixed gold-painted candy pumpkins that we sprinkled with a touch of color coordinating sprinkles! While these obviously aren't edible they're so cute to look at!
We painted a DIY Wood Plank Turkey a matching Yellow and then used our Cutting Machine and White and Pink Adhesive Vinyl to list some things we are ALWAYS thankful for including: pizza, sweats, vodka and Bravo™ shows. I mean, who wouldn't be thankful for all of those things??
And no worries if you don't have a Cutting Machine, you can simply use a White Chalk Marker and some colorful Sharpies to create your own centerpiece sign!
Our table sat in front of our All About That Baste Backdrop that we made out of Pink and Orange Cardstock and was kept company by our DIY Punny Thanksgiving Balloons!
Varying sizes of color coordinating Balloons were filled with Helium and detailed with White Adhesive Vinyl and finished off with a Curly Pastel Tissue Balloon Tail! You can find the full tutorial for this project here!
Celebrating your female friendships this holiday season will surly make this the baste Thanksgiving ever!
