The mom and dad-to-be are waiting to see if their little bundle of joy is a boy or girl, but that doesn't mean you can't throw the most fabulous baby shower there ever was! This colorful Oh Baby! gender neutral baby shower includes a DIY Centerpiece, DIY Baby Block Keepsake, DIY Baby Block Decor along with a rainbow of colors and pops of gold to bring this chic and modern theme to life.
The Table:
Our modern, white table was decorated in a palette of mint, yellow, orange, blue and pink with pops of gold that gave the decor a fresh and modern look.
Each place setting began with a fresh mint dinner plate, layered with a fresh mint polka dot beverage napkin and an oh baby paper dinner plate on top. Aren't those polka dots just the cutest?
We added a gold metallic forkand an oh baby luncheon napkin to really bring in that pop of glam gold.
Gold-trimmed plastic cups gave an elegant look but without the added cost! We added in rose gold paper straws and for the guest of honor, a mom-to-be foil badge!
A gold glitter table runner added the perfect hint of sparkle down the length of the table with our DIY Centerpiece and two oh baby treat bags showcased on top.
The Centerpiece:
We transformed 2 DIY Wood Planter Boxes into a bright and bubbly centerpiece stand for the gorgeous oh baby script garland.
Add in a couple of glamorous, gold baby bottles and you'll have a show-stopping centerpiece! You can find the full tutorial for this DIY here!
The Decor:
One of our favorite pieces of decor for our oh baby gender neutral baby shower was this DIY Baby Block Decor.
We turned kraft card boxes into giant baby blocks just by adding some white cardstock, paper letters and some gold washi tape! Be sure to use this Free Oh Baby Letter Printable.
These letters served not only as a darling piece of decor, but could also be used in a photo backdrop! How fabulous would the mama-to-be and all her amazing friends look posed next to these brilliant blocks! Find the step-by-step tutorial for this DIY here!
The Sweets:
Our simple sweets table was outfitted in an oh baby plastic table cloth and the gold, glittering oh baby centerpiece. We love the hint of sparkle it brought to the table!
Our DIY Baby Block Keepsake was displayed on the front of this table so guests could sign their name or leave a sweet message for the parents and their new bundle of joy. A quick coat of paint and some stencil work turns these diy wood bank blocks into a lovely piece of decor for the baby's nursery that is sure to be treasured for years to come. You can find the full tutorial here!
Oh baby cups were filled with popcorn as an easy take-away snack during the shower.
We just adore the oh baby gold photo props and wanted to include them as part of our decor. And what better way than to display them than in either a miniature sprinkle-topped cake or a container filled with blue and white chocolate candies?!
After taking a few selfies with the photo props , guests had a blast playing oh baby bingo! We love that this bingo game comes with everything you need and take zero prep work!
Our sweets table sat in front of a colorful backdrop we created by punching circles from various colors of cardstock from the double-sided cardstock stack and attaching them to the wall using removable glue dots.
We topped it all off with a balloon garland made up of pink, mint, orange, yellow, blue, white and gold confetti balloons. Using balloon decorator tape made this garland a cinch to make!
