Slow down for a moment and take in this beautiful fall farmhouse-inspired wedding. Filled with warm colors, wood elements, and rustic farmhouse charm, this wedding showcases gorgeous ideas that anyone can create. We love this wedding because you could easily recreate it with your own specific accent colors for a totally different look. From the chic centerpieces, the wooden cross back chairs, the whiskey barrel decor pieces, an old-fashioned pie bar, and a gorgeous farmhouse fireplace, this wedding will inspire. Oh, and don't miss the farm animals who came to participate in the lovely celebration!
Welcome to our farm. I'm so excited to showcase the wedding I recently styled on our property. We purchased this land and built our home here in hopes to create a peaceful sanctuary for our family and anyone who comes to visit. Life can be so fast-paced, and we were really wanting things to just slow down. I feel like this wedding portrays that same feeling we have worked so hard to create. I hope you can feel it, too!
The rustic naked cake sat atop a White Ceramic Cake Stand on an old whiskey barrel. The barrel was covered with a Boxwood Garland for added charm. The couple really loved doughnuts, so we added them to the cake along with the beautiful Rustic Cake Topper.
The Personalized DIY Seating Chart Sign was the perfect way to display all the guests' names. The sign was accented with a beautiful Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland.
When guests first arrived they were greeted with a hay bale drink station to wet their whistle. I hired Let's Letter This to write, "Hey y'all, welcome to our wedding" on a Chalkboard Easel. This was a quick and easy way to show guests another personalized touch right after they entered the wedding space.
The centerpieces were made with Large Round Wood Slices, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garlands, Wood Slice Coasters, Large Cylinder Candle Holder Sets, Pillar Candles, White Floating Candles, and Clear Votive Candle Holders. The table numbers were displayed using a vintage brass candlestick holder, similar candlestick holders can be found here, and Bottle Corks. The head table was beautifully set with Glass Wine Glasses, Clear Stemless Plastic Wine Glasses, decorative white plates, White Polyester Linen Napkins, and Premium Gold Cutlery. The center of the table was decorated with DIY Flower Box Centerpieces (turned upside down) holding Cylinder Votive Candle Holders and Battery Operated Tea Light Candles. Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garlands also ran up the center of the table along with Ceramic Pumpkins painted gold.
The fireplace on the walk around porch was one of the main focal points of the wedding. It was decorated with Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garlands intertwined with Olive Branch Garlands, Faux Dogwood Garlands, and Faux Eucalyptus Greenery Garlands. Pillar Candles were placed inside the fireplace box on various Large Cylinder Candle Holders.
A farmhouse wedding needs a baby calf walking down the aisle alongside the flower girl, right?! Say hello to the cutest little calf wearing a White Floral Wedding Crown!
Let's Letter This worked her magic again on a blank Stained Wood Sign creating a beautiful wedding timeline.
Vintage amber glass bottles held more candles and added the perfect rustic, fall touch to the wedding decor.
Vintage Wood Chandeliers were wrapped in Premium Thick Ivy Garlands and Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garlands and hung above the head table. I love how these chandeliers can instantly add visual interest to any space you want to highlight in a wedding venue.
Guests wrote sweet notes on Unfinished Mini Wood Hearts and put them in a Lillian Rose Small Guest Book Signing Frame. The wooden hearts waited patiently for their debut in a Rectangle Wire Basket.
Another one of my favorite wedding elements from this farmhouse celebration was the DIY pie bar! Various pies were placed on Rustic Centerpiece Risers and White Ceramic Cake Stands and were labeled with Chalkboard Table Frames. The word, PIE was painted onto a Burlap Fishtail Garland to easily identify the dessert station.
The cutest Kraft Paper Pie Slice Boxes were placed next to the pie bar on a Large Galvanized Tray with Handles. The pie boxes were stamped with the bride and groom's initials for a personalized touch.
Three large kraft paper rolls came together to form a rustic head table backdrop. Follow the easy tutorial to make your own DIY Wedding Backdrop here.
Cupcakes always add the perfect finishing touch to any dessert table spread. These red velvet, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were adorned with Rustic Cupcake Picks that said, "sweet love".
This Rustic Cake Topper goes perfectly with the tiered naked cake that we adorned with donuts!
We created busy bags to keep kids occupied during the wedding. Follow the Wedding DIY Busy Bags tutorial here to see how we made them (and to download the free printable sign and tags)!
These Amber Cafe Sugar Sticks matched the fall theme perfectly, and looked adorable on Small Sweet Love Serving Trays.
"Let Love Grow" seed jars were made for all the guests as a wedding favor. Follow my easy tutorial to make your own Wedding Favor Seed Jars here. Be sure to download the free printable sign and tags too!
