It is party time! We are approaching the end of the school year and now more than ever it is important for our scholars to know that "Their Future is so Bright!" What better way to get this across than with this awesome party theme!
Like with any party, the atmosphere is everything! Whether you are at home or in your classroom, you can transform a simple space into a happy and bright place to be! I used simple table clothes in bright colors like green and orange to start. I used the green table cloth as a back drop and the orange table cloth to put down on the main table. I then added fringe place mats to add texture and some more fun to the table! The main eye catcher of the background was the Future is Bright Door Border. This really brought the theme together. You could use this awesome piece as an accent decoration as well as a door border! I also added colorful fringe , yellow honeycomb decor, and red paper fans to bring the space to life. I threw in some pinwheels for a fun take home for the kids!
For snacks, I decided to keep things sweet and fun to go along with all the bright colors already displayed. I used yellow rock candy, fruit snacks, and watermelon rings! I stored them all in clear scalloped medium containers and clear scalloped large containers. For the table, I continued with the "Your Future is so Bright" theme by using cups, dessert plates and napkins that had the same pattern as the door decorations! I used yellow forks to keep everything nice and bright!
As for entertainment and fun, I put together two things for party goers to do! The first item was a fun end of the year souvenir for the kids to take home! These sun beach balls went perfectly with the bright future theme! I used Sharpies to have kids sign them as a fun keepsake. Another activity available was a photo booth! The photo booth was fully stocked with props that had a glitter finish and a gold glitter frame to use. I hot glued jumbo cutouts that went along with the "Your Future is so Bright" theme to add an extra touch!
My favorite treat for the guests were the "Your Future is so Bright" backpacks! They are perfect to use over the summer and carry home all their party swag! They have a drawstring closing and are super lightweight.
