To begin setting up a summer slime bar, hang colorful paper fans (lots of them) as a fun colorful backdrop. Combine polka-dot paper fans with big and small bright tissue paper fans. Layer and add the words SLIME in the middle on a sign or on strips of card stock. We love the idea of the Summer Slime Bar set up against a garage or porch outside. A colorful bright yellow tablecloth with a striped table runner help tie the table to the backdrop of fans.

Add mini tin containers, mini clear containers, and small clear jars to the slime bar so kids can store their finished slime. We loved stacking these containers on white cake stands and placing them on the ends of the table.
Create a space in front of the summer slime bar to add mini bowls full of slime add-ins Glitter, Colorful Google Eyes, Stars and Moons, Fruit Beads, Mini Colorful Seashells, Smiley Face Beads, Mini Bug Erasers, Glitter Pom Poms, Mini Black Gems and food coloring.
Use black and white striped table cards to create labels for the slime supplies. I love the pop of black and white with all of the colorful fans and supplies.
Add clear glue, white glue and other slime supplies to your summer slime bar. Mixing bowls, and measuring cups are great to have available for the slime making as well. For other ideas and ingredients check out these Summer Slime Recipes.
