A coloring party is such a laid back, fun way to party! Provide a few supplies and let your guests do the work! They will enjoy sitting around chatting while their hands are busy coloring. There’s a reason adult coloring books are so popular right now – they’re just so fun!! They also cover a large age span – from 10 to adult and everyone in between. This may be the easiest party you ever host!
Cover your table with a plastic tablecloth and add the black and white striped runner down the middle. Fill mini white pails with colored pencils and Sharpie® makers, and place those along the runner along with the white flower pots they will be decorating. If your guests will be painting their own cookies, you'll also want to provide paint palettes and paint brushes for each.
Instead of providing each guest with their own coloring book, save money and use just 1 book. Use an X-acto knife to cut pages out of a coloring book and scatter the pages on the table.
At the end of the party your guests will head home with their beautiful colorings, colored flower pots, and colored cookie to enjoy.
