As a teacher, it is so important to have the right materials to benefit your students and the way you teaching. But it is also important to purchase materials that are durable, easy to use, and price-friendly. I have compiled a list of 10 of my favorite “must-have” resources that I love to use in my second grade classroom. I hope you find some items that can benefit your classroom too!

I love that these folders are thick and laminated so they can last all year! No more laminating cheap folders that will eventually start to peel! Multiple colors and designs are available, including common core standards.

These journals have the perfect space for writing and illustrating. This makes it easier when we are trying to come up with ideas to write about. Students can draw a picture to use as a jumping off point for their writing and have everything in the same place! I love that each sheet has a page full of lines on the back of each page.
