Brown bear, brown bear, what do you see? I see a party featuring me! Eric Carle’s colorful, classic children’s book, “Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?” comes to life in this fun and vibrant birthday party thanks to some fabulous themed party products! With all the themed party goods and a few of our DIY ideas, you’ll be on your way to creating your own party fit for any little Brown Bear Fan!
Welcoming Your Guests: We welcomed little guests to our Brown Bear party by greeting them with a DIY Brown Bear Balloon Wreath on our front door!
You can see the full, simple tutorial on how to make this fun and festive wreath HERE! And what better way to get the party started than with a giant Brown Bear Cardboard Stand-Up?!
Keep your eyes peeled for this guy later in the party! The Table: We set our table with a White Rectangle Tablecloth, a Brown Bear Plastic Tablecloth and a Purple Costume Belt that we used as a table runner. This was a simple and inexpensive way to bring in a pop of color to the table! Our DIY Brown Bear Centerpiece was the star and focal point of the table!
We filled 9 Milk Jug Vases with an assortment of Machine Size Gumballs and topped each one with a piece of the Brown Bear 3-D Centerpiece Set.
This was so easy to create and all the kids loved seeing the different characters from the story on the table! The Place Settings: Each fun place setting included a Brown Bear Dinner Plate, Brown Bear Tumbler with a Brown Bear Plastic Straw (to match the character of the cup) and a Purple Spoon atop a Brown Bear Luncheon Napkin.
A delicious vanilla cupcake was decorated with a Brown Bear Fan Pick and placed on each Plate. We hung the Brown Bear Garland on the wall as our backdrop. It was a simple and sweet way to add some color to the background! The Sweets Table:
We displayed even more yummy cupcakes topped with Rainbow Gumballs on the fabulous Brown Bear Cupcake Stand. This was so easy to assemble and made for the perfect centerpiece to our sweets table!
Our homemade Bear Paw Cookies were served front and center on a Long White Platter.
This is an easy recipe that the kids can help make! Their little fingers are perfect for helping unwrap all the Hershey Kisses for the cute paw prints! We also included Brown Bear Paper Cups full of chocolate Teddy Grahams and Goldfish crackers for some thematic, kid-friendly snacks! Our little cubs took home an assortment of Brown Bear themed favors including Brown Bear Paper Glasses, Brown Bear Mini Bubbles, Brown Bear Slap Bracelets and Brown Bear Crayon Boxes all in their very own Brown Bear Treat Boxes.
The highlight of the dessert station had to be the Brown Bear Cardboard Stand-Up surrounded by Brown Bear Paper Lanterns.
