Bridal Shower Craft Night

Bridal Shower Craft Night

Today we are so excited to share our modern bridal shower craft night with you. This bridal shower is far from traditional, but with all the excitement over craft nights and girl’s night, we decided to blend the ideas together when it came time for us to plan a bridal shower for one of our close friends. We kept the guest list on the small side for a bridal shower. We wanted to keep the night close and very friendly and only invited our closest mutual friends.

Craft Night Bridal Shower

Craft Night Bridal Shower For the decorations, we knew we needed to keep things simple and elegant since most of the table was needed for our craft supplies. We made an easy table runner with these large palm leaves and palm leaves. To create the table runner, we simply laid the palm leaves along the center of the table. (Tip: We found that we didn't need anything else to secure our table runner since it was a craft night for adults, but if we were to make the same table runner for a child's party, we would probably wire it all together.) Craft Night Bridal Shower Since we needed a little height to our craft table, as well as a little color, we added some fun ombre tapered candles all along the center of the table to act as our centerpiece. To finish off our table, we laid out our watercolor supplies to act as place setting for our guests. Craft Night Bridal Shower Our place settings also doubled as party favors for our guests when it was time for them to go home. To create our place settings, we started with a small stack of high quality Arches watercolor paper, a tray of watercolor paint, watercolor brushes, a small jar of water, a small plate (for mixing paint colors), our free printable Tips and Tricks for Watercolor sheet, and a brass paper clip for our guest to clip their papers together on their way out. We included a variety of cookies, macaroons, nut rolls, and a sour cream bundt cake. We served it all up with our sparkling lemonade and custom flavored ice cubes in these pretty champagne flutes. Craft Night Bridal Shower Overall the bridal shower was a beautiful celebration for our bride to be. And, while we celebrated, we also enjoyed a fun watercolor night with our closest friends and family. We can't wait until we get to plan another bridal shower craft night again!
