Celebrate the upcoming arrival of a new bundle of joy with an on-trend tribal themed "Bows or Arrows?" Gender Reveal! This party features DIY Painted Arrows and Feathers, TeePee Treats and Tribal Motif Party Favor Bags that party guests will love. Here is how you can pull this party together yourself.
When I saw the new Tribal Baby Shower line, peppered with mint greens, blues, pinks and corals I knew the gender neutral theme and color palette would be perfect for a "Bows or Arrows" Gender Reveal! I'm excited to share how you can create a simple yet trendy celebration with just a few DIYs and the tribal-themed decorations, perfect for any season.
The Dessert Table
I like to start the decorating with the backdrop for the dessert table. For this party, I wanted to keep the backdrop simple so that the dessert table could be the main focal point. One of my favorite decorations in the Tribal Baby Shower collection are the Tribal Baby Shower Hanging Decorations. The combination of colorful arrows made the perfect backdrop for the dessert table. Not only do they come ready to hang, all you need are some removable hanging hooks to transform a plain white wall into a statement backdrop. Can you believe that it only took one set to make this pretty display behind the dessert table?
Gold and metallic are still trending in party and home décor. I love that the color palette included gold for a touch of elegance. I incorporated gold wherever I could, including a gold arrow cake topper and the DIY Arrow Signs I created for the candy dishes.
In addition to the cake, I filled Short Round Pedestal Jars with Sparkling Coral Chocolate Candy and Sparkling Turquoise Chocolate Candy for guests. This is a fun way for guests to vote on their choice for the gender. Simply have guests fill treat bags with the color of their choice. You can even make a game out of it and keep a tally on votes for after the big reveal.
The Party Table
Taking center stage on the party table was the fun Tribal Baby Shower Cupcake Stand which I used to display the homemade Teepee Treats, Tribal Baby Shower Popcorn Boxes and cupcakes in matching Cupcake Wrappers with Picks. The cupcake stand isn’t limited to treats, it would also make a nice display for favor bags and small gifts.
I also set out the adorable Tribal Baby Shower Favor Boxes on top of Tribal Baby Shower Paper Dessert Plates and added a Tribal Baby Shower Clothespin to the Stemless Wine Glasses.
A Tribal Baby Shower Bingo Game Card was placed at each place setting with a painted feather and matching Tribal Party Favor Bag filled with game pieces. These small favor bags are also the perfect size for candy and small gifts.
For the utensils, I filled Navy Blue Parchment Treat Bags with Premium Metallic Gold Cutlery and a Tribal Baby Shower Luncheon Napkin. I added more painted arrows and feathers on the table to carry on the motif.
And that's it; a simple, on trend "Bows or Arrows" Gender Reveal that allows plenty of conversation among guests and can easily be scaled for any number of attendees.
