If you’re looking for a fun theme for your upcoming baby shower, consider throwing a gender reveal party! Keeping guests in suspense and finally revealing the baby’s gender is such a memorable way to celebrate a new baby.
I styled this gender reveal dessert table in hot pink and turquoise, and accented it with the cute “Little Man” and “Little Miss” details.
I used pink and turquoise burlap table runners down the middle of my table to give it some serious color!
I created this chalkboard welcome sign with clothespin clips so the guests could pick sides on their way in and wear them throughout the party. You can see the tutorial on how I made it HERE.
To add dimension and create visual interest, I hung up this sign so it was floating above my dessert table.
I placed these honeycomb tissue paper balls casually in front of my dessert table. I loved the way they brightened up the space. I also spread a few out on my dessert table behind the candy jars for a pop of color.
I made two diaper cake centerpieces to decorate my table. You can see the tutorial on how I made them HERE. I made one with turquoise accents and one with pink. I attached some rhinestone ribbons to give them a little "bling."
This was my favorite detail of the party. I frosted cupcakes blue and pink, but inside I cored out the middle and put colored chocolate candies to reveal the gender of the baby.
That way at the end of the night, when people bit into the cupcakes, they would discover...
The baby was a boy! How fun!
