The countdown has begun for one of the most popular holidays every year! Can you guess what the holiday is!? Halloween! Totally not surprised, right? Halloween is such a fun holiday for both kids and parents. Who doesn’t love to dress up and collect their favorite goodies.Halloween can be challenging for little ones though! So how can we make it more fun and age appropriate for the toddlers? Well, we can host a toddler friendly boo bunch playdate!
We kept it simple and dressed the table with a purple plastic tablecloth. How cute are these boo bunch dinner plates and napkins? The kids loved them! Each child got a bat straw to take home.

I planned a couple crafts to keep the kiddos busy. We made these adorable monster masks with plain white paper plates. One plate made two masks! The kids were able to get creative with paint, markers and construction paper to design their very own monster.

We also had every kid create their own trick or treat canvas tote bags. They are the perfect size for little hands. I give you a step-by-step tutorial for creating a jack o' lantern, monster or Frankenstein DIY trick or treat bag for kids! All it takes is some felt and fabric glue.

After all their hard work the kids worked up an appetite! We had a build your own mummy pizza station. Have you ever made pizza bagels? My kids could eat them every day of the week!

Overall this toddler "approved" boo bunch playdate was a huge success!
