Boho Glamping Bachelorette Party

Boho Glamping Bachelorette Party

Do you have a nature loving bride getting married?! How about a chic, relaxing and unique alternative? GLAMPING!

Combine her love of the outdoors with unforgettable best friend time and ALL the glamorous luxuries. Yes, don't worry, glamping is all about enjoying the beauty of your surroundings without giving up your creature comforts. It's much more luxurious than regular camping.

A glamping site will have tents, camper vans or cabins set-up for you. All you need to think about is decorating with pretty party supplies, stocking up on delicious treats and enjoying the catch up over the campfire. Be sure to download the Free Printables here!

The Location

Once you have selected your gorgeous outdoor location, set up a girls brunch to start the day. I chose a pretty pink & mint color scheme for this Glamping Bachelorette. It's pops beautifully against the natural backdrop.

Direct the girls through the woods to your brunch spot with a Jumbo Camp Sign Cutout. I used painters tape to protect the white portions of the traditional camping sign and sprayed it a pretty pink to match the color palette.

Then mark the boho glam eating spot with another of the signs, the knife and fork. Use a small nail to attach it to the tree.

Serving Food & Drinks

It's glamping, so, why not go bespoke and personalized. Create an individual picnic box from cute suitcases for your guests with everything they need for the day. Find out how to create your own individual serve picnic boxes HERE. Place these on a small camping table for guests to serve themselves.

Stock up with wines, cheeses, and delicious salads rather than normal camping fare. I love how transportable these are so the girls can move around and take their yummy goodies with them.

For extra self serve items like Granola or cereals use Short Jars. I used my Cricut to create labels for these. Alternatively use stickers or the labels available to download and print. I also put out Light Blue Snack Cups for serving.

At the foot of the table, provide extra drinks in a cooler and add a cheeky sign to remind everyone of bachelorette party rules! I used a DIY Stained Wood Plank Sign and added a printable and used my Cricut. If you don't have a Cricut you could use this technique on any printed saying you like.

The Table

Create a rustic but glamorous tablescape. I used pale pink milk crates to carry glamping food & drink supplies. Once empty these make great table legs. I bought a table top with me and set this up close to a beautiful viewing point. Make it a glam and comfortable brunch spot by layering sheepskins, rugs and lush knitted blankets.

The cake made a beautiful centerpiece - a rustic beauty for a rustic glam tablescape.

Add lanterns and boho tin can luminaries to the table for the perfect glamping vibe. Learn how to make your own tin can luminaries HERE. Add tumblers for the I Do Crew to rehydrate and White Bamboo Paddle Fans to keep them cool.

All the plates, glasses and cups are not only pretty but unbreakable, perfect for this natural setting. I served extra water in a Clear Drink Pitcher which is also unbreakable and used a Galvanized Tall Pot as a vase for a bunch of wildflowers.

Drinks Station

Keep drinks flowing during the day and evening by setting up a drink station. The Large Plastic Drink Dispensers held fresh lemonade, ice tea and sangria. The labels for these and more are available to download and print.

I also added canteens of water, a cooler of rose, extra Gold Foil Paper Cups and everything needed for a caffeine boost during the celebrations. Including the cutest White Coffee Plastic Mugs which I displayed on a white painted crate.

Comfort Station

To make it a truly luxurious glamping getaway add a comfort station for the girls! I used a small camping table and fabulous galvanized trays, pails and pedestal jars to provide lots of goodies for everyone.

I found a great spot for the comfort station. Right in front of a hammock which I layered with blankets, sheepskins and cushions. I also added a Candy Pink Semi Fanburst Garland between the trees behind it - a pretty resting spot. I mean why not take a rest while stocking up on essentials?!

I also added canteens of water the girls could grab and carry around with them. I sprayed them pale pink, replaced the cord with ribbon and added a label you can download and add to your own.

Retire, Fireside

After returning from a day of activities or maybe just a hard day of laughter and catching up with your bachelorette party, retire fireside for s'mores.

I set up a Tepee beside the fire for those who wanted a comfortable spot to relax and used the milk crates as seating. The glam sheepskin covered kind.

I provided a basket of blankets and added a Galvanized Tall Pot with wildflowers on top of a Large Round Wood Centerpiece. Add lots of tin can luminaries and lanterns for when the sun goes down.

To make the snuggle spot even cozier I used a blow up mattress and layered it with blankets and cushions. The I Do crew could kick back and relax with their tumblers and eat s'mores.

I decorated all around the campsite and on the top of the tepee with bouquets of flowers. Faux florals will withstand the heat and I used such a pretty selection of Hydrangeas, Peonies, Viburnum and Fern. I added a Dream Catcher Keychain for a gorgeous boho vibe.

The final touch a Galvanized Rectangle Box with gourmet chocolates, artisan crackers and Smash marshmallows.

It wouldn't be the perfect glamping bachelorette if it didn't end with luxury s'mores.
