This wedding uniquely showcases a myriad of blush tones that could easily be interchanged with a variety of different color palettes to create infinite possibilities. From the rustic brick laden fireplace, the vintage furniture pieces, the farmhouse chairs, a gorgeous bar, a delectable dessert buffet and a head table full of lush blooms and greenery, this wedding is sure to inspire you to create a etherial garden feel for your big day!
Located at The Square in Dublin, Pennsylvania, we knew our wedding would be light, bright and airy paired with the oversized windows, board and batten wall textures and rustic, brick fireplace. The location was the perfect setting to create the intimate spring wedding we desired.
We created a small vignette alongside the fireplace as guests entered the venue to welcome them to the event. Cascading florals climbed down the side of the brick and wood space. We created this simple yet elegant look using a mix of Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, Faux Dogwood Garland and a mix of Blush Roses, as well as Pink and White Peonies.
Balancing the cascading florals on the mantel, was a Gold Metal Geometric Stand which displayed additional Flowers and Greenery and housed Rose Gold Ombre Flameless Candles.
Alongside of the cascading florals sat a DIY Acrylic and Floral Seating chart, which directed guests where to find their seats and tables.
The seating chart mirrored the draping florals and greenery with additional Eucalyptus, Dogwood, Roses and Peonies. The seating details were encased in Acrylic Signs and suspended from Satin Ivory Ribbons. Coordinating blooms adorned the corners of each acrylic detail.
Further Gold Geometric Centerpieces and candles flanked the opposite side of the fireplace vignette.
A vintage vanity and mirror vignette displayed a Gold Foil Wedding Tabletop Sign.
Florals and a mix of Pink Glass Bud vases, Pink Bulb Vases, Small and Large Blush Vases and a Gold 3-Arm Candelabra were also displayed on the vanity.
The head table is one of our favorite elements of the event. Fresh floral centerpieces were created by Kelly of Bloom Flower Co. of Perkasie, Pennsylvania.
We love how the fresh florals and greenery really popped against the natural, rustic wood of the table.
The long floral arrangement ran down the center of the head table, resting atop of a sheer, blush table runner.
Gold-painted Glass Candle Holders held soft blush candlesticks and were nestled amongst the blooms and greenery for an element of height and variety of texture.
Clean and modern place settings were designed with a simple, yet elegant look in mind.
Gold Rimmed Clear Dinner Plates were topped with a coordinating Dessert Plate, customized dinner menu printed on Ivory Cardstock, and a blush linen napkin wrapped in a gold wire napkin ring. This simple setting kept our head table from looking busy and still maintained a sophisticated and stylish look.
The Vintage-Inspired Gold Cutlery popped against the natural grain of the wood and alongside the gold rimmed Plates.
Simple Clear Wine Glasses and Champagne Flutes were displayed at each setting, perfect for a variety of beverages, and of course, a champagne toast to the bride and groom.
The guest tables resembled the head table in a variety of ways.
Guests also had similar place settings, inclusive of the Gold Rimmed Dinner and Dessert Plates, custom menu, blush napkin and wire napkin ring and coordinating Cutlery and Stemware.
The centerpieces, once again by Kelly of Bloom Flower Co., were similar to that on the head table only on a smaller scale. They too rested upon a sheer blush runner. Tables were kept to a fairly intimate size for guests to chat with their fellow table mates.
Behind our head table and guest tables sat our drink buffet.
A mix of Eucalyptus, Roses, Dogwood, Lamb's Ear, Dusty Miller and Pink and the billowed out of The Square's rustic raw wood buffet table. Simple fresh greens from Bloom Flower Co. served as a minimalistic backdrop.
A blush runner housed a sea of Champagne Glasses, additional greenery and florals, and Blush Vases full of dried grass. A Drinks are on Us Sign sat alongside of the Stemware, welcoming guests to enjoy the bar.
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour not only at their seats and tables, but also at The Square's tall bar tables. Blush Vases held Battery-Operated Votive Candles while sitting upon a bed of fresh greenery from Bloom Flower Co.
Similar to the drink buffet, our dessert bar also housed a mix of Eucalyptus, Roses, Dogwood, Olive Branch, Lamb's Ear, Dusty Miller and Pink and White Peonies billowing our from within the vintage furniture piece.
Three White Rose and Greenery Gold Hoops created a simplistic backdrop again the board and batten walls of The Square.
A stunning two layer white cake with blush and gold sugar flowers by Alexis of The Novel Baker was the highlight and focal point of the buffet.
A Personalized Goldtone Cake Serving Set sat next to the wedding cake for the cake cutting ceremony.
The blush sugar flowers complimented the blush runner and other pink tones weaves throughout the wedding perfectly.
The Novel Baker created a variety of other delicious confections for the wedding. Delectable cupcakes, topped with beautiful gold detailing, rested upon a White Ceramic Cake Stand.
On the other side of the wedding cake, romantic heart shaped cookies with blush and gold elements were also displayed for guests to enjoy.
Miniature white cake plates presented a mix of blush and classic chocolates complete with gold dusting.
We brought in a few extra fresh florals from Bloom Flower Co. in some petite Blush Bulb Vases to add a bit of a garden feel to put buffet.
Between our bar and dessert table sat another piece of decor to highlight what would have been an otherwise empty space. A DIY Mr. and Mrs. Chalkboard was created with a vintage green chalkboard inspiration.
Cascading Greenery and blooms flowed down the side. Blush Vases were filled with Battery-Operated Tea Lights and were nestled into fresh greenery by Bloom Flower Co.
After enjoying a day of celebration, love and happiness, guests perused the favor table on their way home.
A Gold Foil Wedding Day Sign was enhanced with some Greenery and Florals and served as a sweet and simple backdrop for the favor table.
Mirroring the drink and dessert bar, our favor bar was draped in Eucalyptus, Roses, Dogwood, Lamb's Ear, Dusty Miller and Pink and White Peonies. The Square's vintage sage furniture piece housed everything beautifully.
Creating DIY Favors for your wedding is a great way to reduce overall expenditures. Using Hinged Lid Favor Boxes, sweet Pink Jelly Bean Candies, a bit of Ribbon, Greenery and Florals, we were able to create charming and useful wedding favors for the bride and groom. Favors rested upon a Gold Detailed Cake Stand and down onto the furniture top.
More of The Novel Baker's delicious sweet treats graced the favor table for guests to enjoy one last bit of sweetness on their way home.
