Outdoor weddings are very popular for the warmer months of the year. I was inspired by the idea of keeping guests cool at a warm outdoor wedding, so I created this preppy wedding inspiration with an outdoor summer wedding in mind. To go along with the preppy outdoor vibe, I created some super cute projects to help your guests stay cool in the summer heat. Trust me, they'll thank you for thinking of them! I just know you'll love the Skinny Mojito Recipe as well as the Wedding Program Fans (complete with editable templates!) to keep your guests cool. Plus, I also created a chic and preppy Boxwood and Pearl Monogram Wreath for the ultimate in preppy chic!
It's really amazing how chic these place settings look, considering they feature all disposable plasticware! From the plates to the cutlery, to the cups, these disposable items look incredibly glamorous when placed on the table. I love the multi-layered fans– they would work perfectly for the ceremony to keep your guests cool at your outdoor wedding, or you could easily repurpose them to use as a menu at your place settings! The template is created in Microsoft Word and is easily editable to fit your needs. PS – did you catch my nod to my favorite guilty-pleasure show, The Bachelor, on the programs? I couldn't resist.
I love the texture that these faux boxwood balls add to the table. A pop of green is just what this table needed to elevate the preppy chic look!
The touches of gold really make this table pop! From the chargers to the cutlery, to the mercury glass votives, and even the table numbers – gold equals glam in a big way!
I love that we were able to use the calligraphy table numbers in a chic way with the boxwood balls. We placed the table number stand through the faux boxwood to integrate it and elevate it on each table, ensuring your guests can easily spot their table at your reception.
Don't you just love this chic black, white, gold, and green preppy wedding inspiration? Don't miss the other projects we made for this series:
