We're all about an adorable invitation, and this berry baby shower invitation couldn't be sweeter! A coordinating insert card with RSVP and registry info is also included, along with the red polka dot pattern that you can print on the back side for a polished, professional look!
To set the scene for the baby shower, we created a sweet cherry blossom backdrop. We collected some branches from our backyard, then used hot glue to secure individual flowers from a Pink Floral Wedding Backdrop to each branch. We attached the branches to the wall behind our dessert table, then hung Mini White Hanging Paper Lanterns amid them to create a softened look.
White and Pink Pom-Pom Decorations at the base of the table added color balance to the display.
To mimic the blue gingham from the invitation and incorporate it into the party decor, we draped a Printable Gingham Banner across the front of our dessert table. We strung the pennant banner flags together using White Rickrack Trim, then attached white, light pink and red yarn pom-poms between each one.
The invitations were so cute that we decided to incorporate one into our party decor. It looked adorable displayed on our dessert table along with our berry topped cake, Pink Dessert Plates, Red Luncheon Napkins, Silvertone Hammered Forks and strawberry favors.
Instead of a traditional tablecloth, we covered our dining table with Fadeless® White Shiplap Bulletin Board Paper. It lent to the "natural" feel of our party decor and made clean-up after the party super easy!
The centerpieces for our berry baby shower were super simple and sweet! We began by adding Printable Baby Shower Signs to White Table Frames, then placed one frame in the center of each table.
We attached Printable Berry Cupcake Toppers to Red Striped Paper Straws, then inserted them into cupcakes perched upon Clear Cupcake Stands that we spray painted pink. We arranged the cupcakes down the center of the table on both sides of the signs to create the runner, then sprinkled red, white and light pink yarn pom-poms throughout for a simple finishing touch.
Each place setting consisted of a Blue Gingham Paper Dinner Plate, a Light Pink Paper Dessert Plate, a Red Luncheon Napkin and a Silvertone Hammered Fork. Drinks were served up in Clear Glass Milk Bottles wrapped in Printable Gingham Bottle Labels, and were finished off with a Red Striped Paper Straw and a Printable Straw Flag.
Small Clear Favor Boxes were filled with White M&Ms® Chocolate Candies, then wrapped up with Red Sheer Ribbon. A Printable Favor Tag was attached to each box, and then the favors were placed in the center of each place setting for guests to take home and enjoy later.
