Beautiful Dusty Rose & Green Wedding Ideas

Beautiful Dusty Rose & Green Wedding Ideas

Of all the hot new "it" wedding color palettes, dusty rose, and green exude a timeless romance.

Similar to blush, the subtle dusty rose hue provides a softer, muted tone of pink that is both elegant and enchanting. Combined with lush greens, it pairs beautifully with other "hot" wedding décor trends such as marble, acrylic, and succulents. Read on for ideas on how you can incorporate these trends and this stunning dusty rose and green combination into your wedding; from the ceremony to tables!

Dreamy Ceremony Backdrop & Aisle Decorations:

From the moment you officially become Mr. and Mrs., this color palette will provide the most beautiful backdrop to your heartfelt vows! Bring your birch wood arch to life by adding swathes of gossamer, lush greenery and dusty rose pink ribbon and florals.

I paired the Fern Garland and Light Pink Flower Garland with fresh dusty rose bouquets and buds for this dreamy frame.

In front of the arch, I used a gorgeous carpet in deep maroon and dusty rose tones as an aisle runner. Sprinkling Pink Rose Petals and baby's breath under the arch to further frame the happy couple.

To create easy yet eye-catching aisle decorations, I tied strips of ribbon with roses to the center of each chair back.

A Modern Seating Chart:

Once inside the reception room guests were guided to their seats using a DIY Marble & Boxwood Green Seating Chart. This chart doubles as a dramatic backdrop to your reception tables.

A wall of boxwood is home to eye-catching geometric marble slabs. Each has an acrylic seating chart with gold foil attached to it, making for a unique and contemporary look.

Marble & Geometric Cake Table:

The cake table is always a great place to keep the bridal bouquet while the bride enjoys the reception. I placed the simple dusty rose bridal bouquet on top of a simple white table I had covered with Marble Print Contact Paper Roll.

It made the cake table pop with color, further emphasizing the wedding palette during "cake cutting photos" of the couple. I also added two champagne flutes on top of White Marble Love Coaster for the happy couple.

The final touch, the cake on top of a gold cake stand. This beautiful marble and gold foil cake was topped simply with a gold geometric pyramid and a single dusty rose.

Dusty Rose Botanical Tables:

Transform your reception into a spectacle of romantic whimsy with flowy, dusty rose table runners on wooden tables. This is a simple DIY. I used cheesecloth and dyed it dusty rose. Under this, I placed a modern botanical print wrapping paper in the same color palette.

The botanical design helped pull together all the elements of the table, giving it extra depth and interest. This is an affordable combination, even for larger receptions.

In the middle of the table, an unexpected centerpiece and a cost-effective alternative to floral arrangements. I used two Gold Geometric Terrariums Candle Holders with faux succulent picks in shades of green and rose.

To either side of the centerpiece, I added darling bud vases with dusty roses, White Cutout Dots Candle Holders and White Hobnail Votive Holders.

Chic Place Settings:

Layer plates at each place setting with chargers on the bottom and then a stack of plates for each course – the layers will make the tablescape seem more intimate.

For this tablescape, I started with an Ivory Premium Plastic Dinner Plate with Gold Border as a charger. I topped these with fabulous geometric shaped marble plates, the dinner, and dessert size.

On-top of these I added a White Marble Dinner Napkins with Gold Foil to further emphasize the more linear, geometric design of the tableware against the softness of the pallet.

Finally, a Clear Cupcake Stand holding my touch of dusty rose. A rose petal topped Rosewater Panna Cotta.

Premium Metallic Gold Cutlery was placed at each setting along with a Clear Patterned Plastic Wine Glass and a Gold Rimmed Plastic Wine Glass on top of a White Marble Love Coaster.
