Skeletons are a classic for Halloween, and I'll show you how to make six spooky skeleton crafts that kids will love! These Halloween crafts for kids are perfect for kids of all ages, and each project can be made in just a few minutes. From a colorful skull bracelet that kids can wear to a bone-chilling Halloween sensory jar to a creepy skeleton hand floral display, kids will love creating these fun and unique crafts for Halloween!

Cut a piece of black cording to a few inches longer than you'd like the bracelet to be. Add a black bead, a purple bead, and a colored skull bead to the cord. Repeat until the bracelet is as long as you'd like it. Tie a double knot in the cord, then trim the excess off the end. Wear during the Halloween season for a cute accessory!

This bright and colorful piece of art is so easy for younger and older kids to make! Just scratch the coating off a scratch skull to reveal the bright colors and designs. Glue the skull onto a wood box frame that has been painted hot pink or another bright color. To finish, add a few adhesive rhinestones for added sparkle and dimension. These make the perfect Halloween or Day of the Dead decorations!

Keep the kiddos busy and engaged with this fun Skeleton Sensory Jar. To make, soak some water beads in a large bowl of water for a few hours. Once the water beads are larger and soft and squishy, add some to a plastic jar so that the jar is about 1/4 full. Add a couple skull toys (with the suction cup and spring pulled out of the bottom), spiders, and colorful bones. Add in more water beads, then more toys, and repeat until the jar is filled with beads and Halloween toys. Make sure to add a little water inside so the water beads don't shrink back down to their original size. You can fill up the jar as much as you'd like with beads and toys. If you fill it to the top, the contents inside won't move around much. If you leave some space at the top, then contents inside will move around and kids can move the jar to see all the cool things inside! Be sure the lid is on nice and tight so the contents don't come out.

This silly skeleton can be hung from a window or anywhere else to decorate for Halloween. To make, use a small paintbrush to paint a skeleton suncatcher. I used acrylic paint, but suncatcher paint works well too. Let dry, then attach a piece of black cording to the top to hang. Add alternating green, black and purple beads to the string, then tie at the top. Hang in your home and enjoy. These suncatchers would even make fun backpack zipper pulls too!
