These calming Halloween stress balls are quite simple to make and can help reduce stress. Stress balls are known to relieve tension and improve blood circulation. I currently like to use the stress balls to improve grip strength and build muscle in my wrists, forearms and hands. All you need are balloons, sand, and Sharpies® to get started. Let the fun begin!

Start by inflating the white balloon and holding the air in it for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute. This allows the balloon to stretch out a bit. Next, insert the funnel into the deflated balloon. Fill the balloon with white sand and tie a knot at the top. Using a Sharpie®, draw the pupil of the eye and red veins.

Inflate the white balloon and hold the air in it for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute just like the eyeball stress ball. Next, insert the funnel into the deflated balloon. Fill the balloon with white sand and tie a knot at the top. Using a Sharpie, draw the ghost's eyes and mouth.

Start by inflating the green balloon and holding the air in it for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute. Insert the funnel into the balloon then fill with white sand and tie a knot at the top. Using a black Sharpie, draw the Frankenstein monster face.

Take a purple balloon and inflate it. Hold air in it for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute to stretch the balloon out. Next, insert the funnel into the balloon. Fill the balloon with white sand and tie a knot at the top. Using Sharpies, draw a silly monster face on your balloon.

The last stress ball to make is a fun jack-o-lantern! Start by inflating an orange balloon. Hold air in it for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute. Insert the funnel into the balloon then fill with white sand. Tie a knot at the top of the balloon. Using a black Sharpie, draw a jack-o-lantern face on the stress ball.
