Summer is just around the corner and everyone loves a summer Luau! Luaus are great for any occasion, perfect for graduations, birthdays, anniversaries and even weddings! Luaus are so fun to plan and with the beautiful colors and decor it's easy to transform your backyard space into a little tropical oasis!
For my Tropical Luau, I set up two tables. To start, I decorated my teak wood potting bench with some Beach Fringe and a Palm Leaf with Flower Table Decor.

I served delicious Tropical Pina Colada Cupcakes (see my recipe HERE) along with Pineapple upside down cake and mini coconut tea cakes. 
I draped my DIY Leaf Table Runner (see tutorial HERE) under the wooden cake plates for the sweets.
Guests love the Pineapple Favor Boxes that I filled with pineapple candy. Be sure to download the free Favor Box Labels here to customize your party favors! 
I draped several Mahalo Floral Leis off the side of the table for my guests to wear. 
For the dining table area, I covered my table with a gold sequin table cloth and added three of my DIY Luau Centerpieces (see tutorial HERE). 
To add texture, I layered each place setting with a wicker charger and topped the plate with a Palm Leaf.
These ceramic Tiki Tumblers are my favorite. I just love the Bamboo Paper Straws! Download the free Printable Straw Flags here to give drinks even more pizzaz.
To continue on the theme, I decorated the pergola with a Tropical Luau Table Skirt, Beach Fringe and Hanging Flame Lights. The Garland with Large Leaves and patio lights created the perfect tropical ambiance. 
The Polynesian Tabletop Torches were also a guest favorite. 
To welcome our guests, I wrote ALOHA on the chalkboard Bamboo Party Sign. 
I had a blast planning and decorating our little Tropical Luau. Best of all, our guests enjoyed the afternoon in our little tropical getaway!
